Job summary

Career Makers are recruiting an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing and care home in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. You will work alongside the Home Manager, providing strong leadership and ensuring residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care while supporting and developing the care team.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification, such as Registered Nurse or NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead, motivate and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure care plans are completed, reviewed and maintained to a high standard.
• Oversee medication management and ensure regular audits are completed.
• Promote safeguarding, compliance and the wellbeing of residents and staff.

Education

Registered Nurse or NVQ/Diploma Level 3+ in Health and Social Care
