What You’ll DoCraft smart, efficient staff rotas with People Planner, balancing geography, skills, and preferences
Be the go-to for real-time rota changes, ensuring seamless care delivery
Liaise with Care Managers and healthcare partners to onboard new clients with warmth and precision
Monitor and coordinate training and compliance, keeping carers at their best
Support emergency situations with calm and confidence, including on-call cover
Record communications, manage enquiries, and keep systems up to date
Conduct appraisals, supervisions, and audits — shaping our high standards of care
Be part of recruitment activities, from interviews to onboarding support
Handle feedback and concerns sensitively, always putting clients first
Experience in a domiciliary care or healthcare scheduling role
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator — warm, clear, and professional
Comfortable with digital tools like People Planner and Microsoft Office
Ideally qualified to QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
