A Senior Care Assistant role at Care Concern Group focuses on guiding a care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will ensure shifts run smoothly, maintain safety, and uphold clear communication with families and healthcare professionals.

You will oversee medication administration with competency, monitor residents' wellbeing, and respond to changes, while keeping accurate care records and promoting a compassionate, professional approach throughout the team.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required; Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards.
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience supporting or leading a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.

As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high-quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents. You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate. You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum), with Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards
