Job summary

Connected Health is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to support high-quality homecare delivery, oversee care runs, monitor calls, and assist with on-call cover, including weekends. You will maintain client records, participate in inductions, and ensure PPE and confidentiality compliance.

The role offers ongoing training, development, and opportunities for leadership within a supportive team at Connected Health. Applicants should have care experience and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Full driver's licence and access to own insured vehicle for business.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a formal care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care runs and monitor calls.
• Support staff induction and shadowing; participate in 12-week induction for new staff.
• Carry out risk assessments and maintain client care records; monthly folder reviews.
