Qualifications

We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes. An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of our Homes for a Senior Care Worker to join the team.

Full Time

Weekends and Weekdays required

Responsibilities
  • Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
  • Reviewing and updating care plans.
  • Giving personal care to residents.
  • Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
Qualifications
  • Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( Or willingness to work towards).
  • You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
