Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader

Full Time – Weekdays and Weekends

An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of our Homes for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team.

As a Senior Care Assistant you will be responsible for:

Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
Reviewing and updating care plans.
Giving personal care to residents.
Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
Your Skills:

Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care ( Or willingness to work towards).
Essential to hold a Level 2 Award in Dementia awareness or equivalent.
You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
