Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing and residential care teams. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalised care plans, support residents and families, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

You will contribute to social and recreational activities and assist with medication under supervision, all delivered with kindness and respect. Ideally you will hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and work toward Level 3, with experience

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
• Background in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge.
• Brilliant positive energy and ability to get along with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care.
• Maintain accurate records of the care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Plan and implement personalised care for residents and support families.
• Assist with administering medication under supervision and facilitate social/ recreational activities.
