You will play a crucial role in ensuring residents receive personalized attention while guiding Care Assistants in their responsibilities. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team. You may support residents in daily activities, such as aiding with mobility aids, supporting end-of-life meals, or communicating with families, always with a focus on kindness. You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. You will maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team.
