You will maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team. We prioritize inclusive working practices and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to join the HC-One family, aiming for a swift onboarding process from offer to start date.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility; all colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training as needed, including knowing how to seek appropriate advice and escalate concerns if action is not taken.
