If needed, you will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, contributing to essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. A key responsibility is to maintain accurate records of the work you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team. We are committed to ensuring that our current and future Colleagues can be their true selves, representing the communities we serve. We prioritise inclusive working practices and invite applicants from all backgrounds into the HC-One family, with a commitment to a quick offer-to-start transition where possible.
