• Assisting residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.

• Supporting residents with activities of daily living, including meal prep, washing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene as per care plans.
• Helping residents with mobility and using appropriate equipment.
