Senior Care Assistant – St Anthony’s Residential Home

Location: St Anthony’s Residential Home
Hours: 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, on-call duties required)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
Administer medication safely and in line with policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with care regulations and internal policies.
Support and mentor junior staff members to maintain best practices.
Assist with care planning and documentation.
Participate in on-call duties as required.
