Duties

• Help individuals with everyday tasks like meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Together with family members and medical specialists, create and carry out individualised care plans.
• Oversee junior employees, offering direction and assistance to guarantee the maintenance of the highest standards of care.
• Address any issues or changes in residents’ health state by keeping in constant contact with them, their relatives, and other team members.
• Keep thorough records of resident care and development while making sure all legal obligations are met.
• To improve your senior care knowledge and abilities, take advantage of training and development possibilities.
• Lead programs that enhance the well-being and participation of residents in the assisted living environment.

Experience

• It is necessary to have prior experience in senior care or a related position.
• Proven leadership skills and prior staff supervisory experience are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of care plans and the capacity to carry them out successfully.
• Outstanding written and vocal communication abilities to engage with residents, families, and coworkers.
