A leading local authority is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join their dedicated team in Clitheroe. This part-time role involves supporting older adults and those living with dementia, ensuring they receive compassionate care. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care and have experience in leading and motivating teams. Salary: £24,404 - £25,183 per annum | Permanent, Part Time, 23.33 hours per week | Pro Rata

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete Level 3. Additionally, you should have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
Our dedicated team provides care to over 1,000 adults across Lancashire, operating 16 Care Homes and 13 Day Centres supporting older people, adults living with dementia, and their families.
