As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring residents' wellbeing, being involved in person-centred care planning, supporting with medication, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, and health and social care professionals.
