If you've got experience in care and have previously helped to supervise a team, this could be the perfect role for you. What's the job about?

As a Senior Carer, you'll combine hands-on care with team leader duties. It's all about ensuring that every resident receives the very best care while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to be their best. Here's a flavour of what you'll be doing:

  • Supporting residents with a range of personal care needs, while making sure dignity, respect and privacy are always maintained.
  • Ensuring every resident has a comprehensive and up-to-date care plan that reflects their needs.
  • Dispensing medication with accuracy and care, keeping detailed records as you go.

This role is a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you'll need to feel comfortable juggling responsibilities while always keeping our residents' happiness and wellbeing at the heart of what you do.

Why join us?

We know how important our Senior Carers are, so we make sure you feel appreciated and supported. Here's what we offer:

  • Great pay with enhanced overtime rates (+£2 p/h)
  • £500 in recognition payments during your first year with us.
