What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. Your responsibilities include leading staff meetings, training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You will also administer medication, carry out assessments, and develop care plans. All staff are expected to respect residents' dignity and preferences, creating a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment.
What you’ll need
You should have an RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) and previous experience at a similar level. Experience in safe medication administration and a commitment to person-centred care are essential. Applications are encouraged from HCAs, Support Workers, and Domiciliary Carers.
