A leading care provider in Peterborough is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to monitor resident wellbeing and support with medication. You will work closely with the Care team to ensure high standards of personal care and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implement and monitor care plans, and undertake monthly evaluations. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health and social care professionals.
