As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your duties will include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting with medication, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
