A luxury elderly care provider in Kingswood is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver personalized care and oversee the wellbeing of residents. You will work directly with the care team to implement care plans and ensure all resident needs are met. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 in care and at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment. This role offers competitive pay and a supportive team culture.
This role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Kingswood offers a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, personalized care to residents in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting their care, and ensuring that new needs are met. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health/social care professionals.
