Glenholme Senior Living in Horncastle is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts (7pm–7am) on a permanent full-time contract (33 hours). Located at Thimbleby Court, the role supports residents with dignity, independence and meaningful routines.

The ideal candidate holds NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to mentor others. Duties include shift supervision, medication administration, care plan updates and liaising with

Pay Rate

£14.00 per hour

What You Will Do as a Senior Care Assistant

We are looking for passionate and hardworking Senior Carers to support our residents in enjoying a fulfilling and meaningful life, maintaining dignity, and feeling valued members of society. You will promote independence, choice, and inclusion while supervising and mentoring care staff on shift.

Your role will include:

• Mentoring and supporting care staff during shifts
• Medication management and administration
• Completing audits and updating care plans
• Leading by example in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Working closely with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme Senior Living family
