Location: Glenholme Thimbleby Court, Horncastle
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week, 7:00pm – 7:00am, including alternate weekends

Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide outstanding care while leading and supporting a team of care staff. You will act as a role model, offering guidance, support and leadership while promoting independence, choice and inclusion for our residents. Your role will include:

  1. Delivering personal care and daily living support
  2. Medication administration
  3. Supporting and developing care plans
  4. Leading and supervising a team of care staff on shift
  5. Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
  6. Supporting with end-of-life and dementia care
  7. Creating a homely, friendly, and supportive environment for residents and staff
