Responsibilities

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. General duties may include support with personal care needs, and helping residents participate in a wide range of activities to support their health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, sports, drama, music evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

Requirements and Training
  • We care more about your values and approach than formal qualifications or experience.
  • All positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults.
  • We will provide training and support, including opportunities to obtain a qualification in health and social care and opportunities for promotion and career growth.
