Job summary

Agincare Cordelia Care Home is seeking experienced care professionals to join our team in Fareham. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity and independence, and administering medications safely.

This role offers weekend rotas, nights, and ongoing training to support career development within a supportive, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 24 hours per week nights, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
