A leading UK care provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care. Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, supporting medication needs, and conducting staff supervisions. Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 in care and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
