The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to lead a small team, ensure high standards of care, and oversee the smooth operation of a specific floor during each shift.

The role includes managing medication, updating care plans, mentoring staff, conducting staff reviews, and supervising team members.

This role requires prioritizing residents' needs and becoming an integral part of our care home family.

Hours of Work:

08:00 – 20:00 on a rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off, averaging 42 hours per week.

Candidate Requirements:

Achieved or working towards a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
