As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Nurse in Charge and managing a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for helping individuals with their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their dignity is maintained.
Your role includes assisting with personal care, administering medication, developing care plans, and coordinating activities that enhance residents' lives.
