Job summary

Highgate Care Services Ltd, located at Sutton Hall & Lodge, Sutton-in-Craven (Keighley), is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to enrich residents’ lives with compassionate, person-centred care.

You will support daily living, supervise junior staff, and contribute to care planning and documentation while maintaining dignity and comfort for residents. Flexibility for some evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of care by assisting residents with daily living.
• Support training and supervision of junior staff.
• Assist residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs with dignity.
• Monitor residents with limited mobility or learning difficulties.
• Complete care plans and daily written records per policies.
