Akari Care Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant to join our supportive homes in the community. You will work alongside care assistants to deliver the highest quality care to residents, assist with care planning, and contribute ideas for social activities while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Care Assistant or Care Assistant.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and support training.
• Ability to develop and review care plans with residents.
• Person-centred care approach and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Observe, review, and finalise care planning for residents.
• Assist with social activities and resident engagement.
• Support training and supervision of junior/new colleagues in Akari values.
• Deliver the highest quality levels of care to residents.
