Highgate Care Services Ltd in Driffield is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join The Limes on days. You will be part of a small, compassionate team delivering person-centred care to residents, supporting daily living, dignity and comfort in a respectful environment.

The role requires warmth, reliability and flexibility to cover some evenings and weekends. NVQ level 3 or willingness to work towards it is preferred, with previous care experience, and a commitment to making daily life meaningful

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or working towards it

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with daily living to maintain dignity and comfort
• Assist in care planning and record keeping under supervision
• Support training and supervision of junior staff
• Assist residents with mobility, continence, and personal care as needed
• Engage residents in social activities and hobbies within the home
• Respond to nurse calls, door, and telephone promptly and professionally
