Highgate Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join The Limes in Driffield, delivering person-centred care to residents with warmth and compassion. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility and dignity, and help maintain a safe, friendly home environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Residents with daily living including washing, toileting, dressing and personal care.
• Assist Residents in physical, emotional and spiritual care while maintaining dignity.
• Monitor residents, especially those with limited mobility or cognitive issues.
• Contribute to continence promotion and comfort.
• Record daily notes and follow care plans per policy.
• Support residents in social activities and hobbies within the Home.
• Answer nurse calls, door, and telephone promptly; relay messages.
