Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant at Abbeyvale Care Centre in Hartlepool. The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and assisting in senior management to assess support needs and develop quality of care.

Candidates should have Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or be working towards it, plus a Full UK Driving Licence. You will join a warm, inclusive team with paid training, opportunities for qualifications, and a supportive wellbeing

Qualifications

• Supports adults with learning disabilities as part of a care team.
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
