Qualifications

• Must hold Care Certificate and be willing to complete NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Strong caring and compassionate nature.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote residents' physical and emotional well being through activities.
• Assist with personal care, mealtimes, and daily living tasks.
• Deliver person-centred care while supporting independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in ongoing training.
• Lead the team of care assistants and liaise with external health professionals.
• Administer medication as required.
