Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Bank) at Pebble Mill Care Home in Edgbaston, Birmingham, to lead a unit and support clinical care with the nurse. Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit.
• Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans and recording accurately.
• Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, including shift handovers.
