Hourly wage: £13.50 to £14.50

About the Role

You will be in charge of providing our residents with the best possible care while collaborating with the care assistants. This entails monitoring, assessing, and determining the needs for care planning; helping to organise and develop social activities; and supporting the supervision and training of junior and new coworkers in a manner that is guided by Akari values.

We rely on our dependable care teams to establish a setting that meets each resident’s unique needs and makes them feel as though they are in their own home, both for them and their visiting family members.
