Senior Care Assistant
Location: Lancaster, Lancashire
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.85 per hour + Paid Breaks + Overtime at £15.35 per hour
Annual Salary: £30,248.40 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus*
Hours: 8am – 8pm, two-week rolling rota:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

On behalf of our client, a luxury care provider in Lancaster, P4 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join a state-of-the-art care home offering outstanding residential, dementia, and respite care.

About the Role:
As Night Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and support a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and mentoring the night care team.

Administering medication and ensuring detailed documentation.

Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and implementing care plans in line with their individual needs.

Ensuring compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and CQC requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Proven experience in elderly care, including night shifts.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
