As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, support the clinical team, and create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.
Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You'll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About the role: As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you'll care for our residents' diverse needs, supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, and support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, and care planning. About you: You should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical elderly care.
