This role is for a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester Healthcare care home in Tewkesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and delivering exceptional person-centered care to the residents. Main duties of the job

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
