ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. ABOUT YOU You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalized care and support. You will have opportunities for career development through ongoing training, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into roles like Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing.
