Location:Glenholme Halmer Court, Spalding, PE11 2EL
Salary:£12.50 per hour + excellent benefits (subject to terms and conditions)
Contract Type:Bank shifts available – Night shifts

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their working hours while still making a meaningful impact. You will lead care staff during night shifts, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a respectful and safe setting.

Requirements:

NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (minimum)

Working towards or willing to undertake Level 3 qualification

Previous experience in a care environment, ideally in a supervisory role

A compassionate and professional approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and support to residents during the night

Supervise and support care staff during your shift

Administer medication and maintain accurate records

Keep care plans up to date and aligned with residents’ needs

Uphold the dignity, privacy, and preferences of all residents

Liaise effectively with families, colleagues, and external professionals
