Job summary

Bupa Crossley Hose Care Home in Bradford is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Bank) to support day-to-day running of the unit and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, oversee medication administration, update care plans, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with residents and their families. You will support training and onboarding of new staff, participate in handovers, and work flexibly to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in care or working towards it.
• Experience in a care setting with person-centred care.
