As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our care management team in York to manage client care and support our care professionals. • Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
• Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
• Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
• Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
• Contributing to on-call
• You will need a smartphone to use our app

Salary

£13.50 to £14.50 per hour plus paid travel time, paid mileage at 45p per mile, paid on-call, and double time bank holidays.
