If you're already a Field Care Supervisor or an experienced Care Assistant looking for career progression, this is the role for you. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our care management team in York to manage client care and support our care professionals. You'll get the best employment package, including paid travel time, career progression and support.

You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car and be keen to make a genuine difference to our clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
• Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
• Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
• Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
• Contributing to on-call
• You will need a smartphone to use our app

Salary

£13.50 to £14.50 per hour plus paid travel time, paid mileage at 45p per mile, paid on-call, and double time bank holidays.
