As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll have a varied role supporting our clients and Care Professionals in the community and supporting the care management team in the branch. Your role may include:

• Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
• Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
• Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
• Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiativesContributing to on-call
