The Brendoncare Foundationare delighted to be looking for Senior Care Assistants to join our team at our new 60 bed care home.

Brendoncare St Giles Viewis a new development in our home city of Winchester, which provides 60 purpose built en-suite residential, nursing and dementia bedrooms, as well as a café/restaurant, hair and beauty salon and community spaces. This homehas landscaped gardens and enjoys stunning views of the South Downs.

We are seeking Senior Care Assistants who shares our passion for providing the best possible care for our residents whilst advocating for their dignity at all times. Whilst wanting to work alongside our fantastic team; possessing good communication skills, being reliable and able to adapt to the needs of each resident in your care are just some of the key qualities we look for in our colleagues. What will I be doing?

• Leading care teams
• Medication administration
• Supporting and training new care staff
• Support with personal care, activities, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
• Undertake one to one's, PDR's and development reviews with designated care staff
• Facilitate communication between households and departments
