Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily living activities of residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and providing emotional support. You will also take on a leadership role, guiding and mentoring the care team, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Essential: Applicants should have previous experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of the needs of elderly residents. A relevant qualification in health and social care or a similar field would be an advantage.
