Senior Care Assistant - Night and Day

Auburn Mere is looking for a kind, caring, compassionate and hardworking person to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant.

You must be able flexible to work nights as well as days and every other weekend.

The key objective of this role is to ensure that the physical, emotional and psychological needs of the residents are met.

You will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting care staff, health and safety, care planning, supporting service users with personal care,communicating with families, liaising with professionals, medication and record keeping.

At least 1 years experience at Senior Carer level and have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Rate of pay: £15 per hour + enhancements
