Job summary

Job description

Senior Care Assistant role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Home Manager. You will be expected to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, care plans or care reviews and to provide person centred care. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals that can work as part of a team to inspire others.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and people with complex needs
