A care service provider is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to oversee care services and staff management. This role includes developing effective relationships, ensuring compliance with care standards, and providing leadership in a 40-hour work week. Requirements include a Level 2 Care qualification and preferably working towards an RQF Diploma/NVQ Level 3.
Senior Care Assistant - Days (40 hour week) GBP 14.48 P.H
(Note: In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.)
To maintain current care skills and undertake necessary training and development. To provide leadership in care functions of The Home. To deliver care according to best practices, policies, procedures, standards, legislative requirements, and regulations under the direction of the Manager, within the financial plans.
Working hours: Days, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications required: RQF Diploma/NVQ Level 3 (desirable) or willingness to work towards it; Level 2 Care qualification (essential).
