Role Overview

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, delivering high-quality, personalized care. You will inspire, develop, and nurture your team, work closely with nurses to support clinical duties, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in care
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives

Training and Development

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations of a care unit
