A modern care home in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Senior Care Assistant/Med Technician to lead the care team. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and experience in a similar role. This position offers £14.31 per hour and includes 34.5 hours a week on a rota basis.

Salary:£14.31 per hour
Hours: 34.5 hours per week, rota-based including weekends and public holidays
As a Senior Care Assistant/Med Technician, you’ll take a hands-on approach to delivering outstanding person-centred care, while also playing a key leadership role on shift. Whether you’re supporting a new team member, updating care plans, or simply offering a reassuring hand to a resident, you’ll bring confidence, warmth and purpose to everything you do.
You’ll work closely with nurses and managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and you’ll be a go-to support for the care team especially in moments that matter most.
