Our homes provide the right environment for our Senior Care Assistants to deliver outstanding care. You’ll provide first-class care and support the smooth running of our home, leading shifts in the absence of the Nurse. You will develop person-centred care plans to meet residents' individual mental, physical, social, and emotional needs.
In this role, you’ll help lead, motivate, and support colleagues, using your knowledge and expertise to role model excellent standards of care. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with older adults in a residential or nursing setting. Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends, is necessary as we provide 24-hour care. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is advantageous but not essential, as we can support you to study towards this qualification.

This role may involve working nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with enhancements paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
